Lumineers for a Perfect Ten Smile

A perfect smile is hard to come by, but fortunately, a perfect smile can be made! At Dr. Keith Rudolph’s Fairfield, CT dental practice, he gives our patients perfect smiles with Lumineers! Lumineers are a great way to instantly transform a smile without any major dental work.

Lumineers are very thin ceramic shells that are custom made to fit over your existing teeth. Dr. Rudolph bonds them into place for a strong and durable hold that remains in good condition for over twenty years! They are stain-resistant, as well, so your bright and white smile will be around for a long time.

Lumineers are great for improving the look of dental imperfections like misaligned teeth, gaps, cracks, chips, stains, and more. Dr. Rudolph will take impressions of your teeth and send them to a dental laboratory. This dental lab will use the impressions and photos of your smile to create completely custom Lumineers. When the Lumineers are ready, Dr. Rudolph bonds them into place. Since there is no tooth preparation needed for Lumineers, they are completely reversible if that is desired later on.

If you are looking to achieve that perfect ten smile, look no further than Lumineers. To schedule your consultation with Dr. Keith Rudolph, DDS in Fairfield, CT, call our office at (203) 254-9533 or visit our website, www.drkeithrudolph.com.

Dr. Rudolph's Cosmetic Dentistry Specialties

Luminous pearly whites no longer have to be a dream. Dr. Keith Rudolph, DDS specializes in cosmetic dentistry and has been improving the smiles of his patients in the Fairfield, CT area one smile at a time. Whether you have discolored teeth, crooked teeth, cracked, gapped, or misaligned teeth, Dr. Rudolph has an option for you.

Veneers and Lumineers are similar options. They are both very thin ceramic shells that are bonded to the front of your existing teeth. They are long lasting, durable and instant aesthetic improvements for a variety of cosmetic issues.

Bonding is a process using composite resin to be shaped over the tooth to fix gaps, cracks, misalignment, and provide long lasting white teeth. This is an affordable and simple procedure for a fresh smile that can last over ten years.

Teeth whitening, one of the most-requested procedures currently, is most effective under dentist supervision. This is why we recommended using our custom tray whitening system. This take-home system is specifically created for your unique situation and can result in a smile four to eight shades whiter within a few days!

Straight teeth are sometimes a necessity, but are also on the cosmetic wish-list of many. For this reason, Dr. Rudolph provides his clients with Invisalign, the nearly invisible teeth straightening system. Now straight teeth are possible without the noticeable and irritating metal braces.

A brand-new smile is possible here with Dr. Keith Rudolph, DDS in Fairfield, CT. To schedule a consultation, call (203) 254-9533 or visit our website, www.drkeithrudolph.com.

Lumineers vs Veneers in Fairfield, CT

You have probably heard a lot about veneers, but do you know about Lumineers? If not, you should know that they can transform your smile in less time and more comfort than you ever imagined. Similar to veneers, Lumineers are hard, porcelain shells that can be applied seamlessly over your teeth. They are digitally designed to be ultra-thin and give you a beautiful, natural-looking smile.

Because traditional veneers tend to be thicker, they can require more aggressive removal of healthy tooth enamel in order to place them. Lumineers, on the other hand, are about as thin as a contact, so they require a less-invasive procedure than traditional veneers, and it usually only takes two visits to our office to get them. Additionally, since very little enamel has to be removed from the teeth to make room for the device, the procedure does not typically require shots or temporary veneers as you wait for your custom-made Lumineers to be crafted.

While Lumineers offer many benefits, Dr. Keith Rudolph recommends that they be used for minor cosmetic adjustments and not for a major makeover. If you want to extend the size of small teeth, fix minor chips, make teeth appear straighter or change the color of your smile, Lumineers are an exceptional option. However, if your teeth are especially dark or require more extensive cover up, veneers are the better choice.
